Maggi is the ultimate comfort food in India. This winter, why not cuddle under a warm blanket with a bowl of hot Maggi that’s oozing with cheesy goodness. A very subtly flavored dish, this Maggi recipe is one recipe that your kids are going to request you to make over and over again.
Noodles make for a great snack or an easy meal to prepare in a jiffy, some of the other noodle recipes I’ve posted are Schezwan Noodles, Chicken Sriracha Noodles, Vegetarian Pad Thai Noodles, Spicy Sesame Peanut Noodles, Burnt Garlic Noodles and a sweet Asian Sesame Honey Noodles.
This Maggi recipe is super simple to make. Anytime you’re hungry and looking to make a quick snack, give this cheesy Maggi a try. To make this recipe, first some vegetable oil is heated in a pan and to this add chopped onions, chopped green chili and fry for a few minutes. Once done, the veggies like chopped carrot and peas are added in along with grated cheese, Maggi and the tastemaker with water. Cook the Maggi noodles for a few minutes and then stir all the ingredients together and cook it well. Finally, garnish with some chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.

STEP BY STEP CHILLI CHEESE MAGGI
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add onion and green Spicy and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add peas, carrot, cheese, Maggi and it’s tastemaker along with 2 cups of water.
Cook for 2 minutes. Stir nicely and cook for another minute. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
